On this project, as well as traditional project and cost management services, the client engaged us to carry out the construction management of the project, which we offer as part of our Turnkey Project Delivery. This meant that by procuring the design team and managing the design phase, we controlled the finer buildability aspects of the design and had direct control of all the sub-contractors engaged. This allowed direct control of the quality, the cost and the programme as we directly manage all sub-contractors that we engage on the clients’ behalf.

This method of project delivery results in a more buildable process and allows a dedicated focus on the quality of the end product up to our and our client’s standards.
