Projectus is engaged by Tower Insurance to deliver a new agile office at their Queen Street head office due to increasing staff numbers and additional workstreams. The total office space of approx. 5000m2 is spread across 6 floors, and needs to house 9 teams of approximately 400 staff.

Projectus is engaged to develop a location strategy that allows teams to work cohesively, while also providing separation to the different functions of the overall business model, as well as manage and deliver an interior office space reflective of this strategy, and deliver the new fitout on a tight timeframe while considering the mid-term financial expenditure caps within the business. The result will be a maximised office that combines fixed areas with agile workspaces for an overall improved workflow.
