Ronwood Centre Auckland

This project involved expanding the existing Ronwood Centre by adding 2 large new commercial buildings at the east and west end, remodelling of the existing carpark and an addition of a new café building. The key aspect of the project was the short timeframe we had to deliver the builds in as one of the tenancies was to be occupied by a trampoline park intending to be open by the school holidays. We managed this by close involvement with the contractor and the architect and a strong presence on site, allowing us to deal with any issues as they arose to eliminate or reduce their impact on programme. The end result was a quality build delivered on time and budget, occupied by a trampoline park, a gym and Melba Café taking over the hospitality tenancy.
