Projectus took over the delivery of this project after being approached by the client to establish a new delivery method following complications arising from ground works while under different management. The first step was to review the design and indicate areas which required clarity in both detail and improved buildability. The history and contractor performance were assessed based on available information before actioning a new delivery strategy which saw the whole project team return to working in unison and delivered the quality build within the newly established programme and budget.
