Lygon Place is the first phase of development in a much broader masterplan with Methven Park offering a unique place to live, just metres from vibrant Lygon Street. The development will consist of 96 apartments with a mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms, together with ground floor retail tenancies along the Lygon street frontage. Interiors while consisting of a simple palette of colours and tones, will be highlighted with a number of accenting fixtures and fittings. The design of the building seeks to keep within the finer scale and refinement of others along Lygon Street, with a clearly defined podium creating a sense of drama and animation to the streetscape
