Main Road Housing is a multi-residential project designed to provide high quality, high amenity housing with a strong focus on accessibility and affordability.

Ten houses of two, three and four bedroom typologies access onto a communal laneway that runs through the site.

Strata was engaged by the clients to undertake initial design feasibility studies, assist in financial forecasting for the project, and obtain all necessary permits ahead of starting construction. The project is expected to commence construction early 2025.
