Quintessential Malvern East Art Deco 1920’s home. The Façade period details have been kept which includes exposed brick detailing, lead light windows, white stucco and a classic front garden. Internally the interiors have been paired back, original fireplaces and dark stained timber work have been kept. Trinity Architects has completed a beautiful update for now and are currently in planning for exciting future works for this property.
