A contemporary restoration of a historic double fronted Victorian weatherboard, featuring a glazed link and private courtyard with swimming pool, completed in 2016 by Dubois.
this double fronted Victorian weatherboard with outbuildings and horse stables, was once a milk bottle delivery outpost for the original Malvern dairy.
dubois: restored the existing street frontage to original detail with new additions to the rear and side. The two building forms are connected by a glazed link creating a private centralised courtyard with swimming pool.
