Nestled in the heart of Tutukaka overlooking the marina, this two storied home has incorporated a Sto plaster cavity system along with marine grade corrugated iron for a modern coastal look. This makes easy care of the property to enable the owners to maximise the fantastic fishing right outside the front door.
Natural rustic Oak timber flooring has brought the inside to life and looks fantastic. This is complimented by a custom built kitchen and fully tiled bathrooms with free standing bath.
Polished concrete floors through the lower level capture all-day sunshine and the house stays incredibly warm and dry right the way through the winter months.
