A recognisable icon along the beachfront of Marine Parade in Mount Maunganui this 460m2 four level home was completed in late 2017 after a fourteen month build. The construction featured a concrete block ground floor with concrete precast uni span mid floors. The Rockcoat plastered exterior is contrasted with Louvre Tec Louvre eye brows and floating tiled decks on all levels.
