Matarangi: A modern beach home that seamlessly blends design and practicality, awarded gold and the Regional Category award in the $700,000 - $1 million category at the Registered Master Builders House of the Year Auckland/Northland 2018.
As a beach home intended to be a modern day villa, Matarangi is one of our favorite projects. In our view, it is the perfect combination of design and practicality.
This gorgeous home won a gold award and also the Regional Category award in the $700,000 - $1 million category for the Registered Master Builders House of The Year Auckland/Northland 2018 for Cove Construction.
