Booming Builders is a family-owned business building residential homes for homeowners and land developers throughout the Waikato region. We aspire to develop the best habitable homes that do not compromise on quality and deliver within budget and short timeframes.

Based in Hamilton, we manage all the pieces needed to build communities. We work with land developments, government organisations like Kāinga Ora, residential iwi, councils, industry experts, designers, stakeholders, and many more who share the same goals of building better sustainable homes.

The company was formed in 2017 by our two shareholders who have a passion for bringing building concepts to life through building high-quality custom-designed affordable homes, providing exceptional customer service and deliver a home to be proud of in a short period of time and within the agreed budget.
