Developed by Christchurch International Airport Ltd in conjunction with McDonald’s Restaurants (NZ) Ltd, this new restaurant is located on Memorial Avenue at Christchurch Airport. The selected use of stone and natural timber elements externally, together with colorsteel cladding, has resulted in a warm and welcoming feel to this new addition to the McDonald’s portfolio. The exterior material palette has also influenced the interior decor scheme. A bold use of colour is complimented with natural materials resulting in a warm and comfortable interior. Opened in 2012 the restaurant incorporates a McCafe.
