Situated on a prime site in one of Milford’s most prestigious streets is a sleek, modernist home designed by Smith Architects for both family living and true indoor outdoor entertaining year round. With clever architectural features and light filled voids the palette of concrete, cedar, oak and natural stone create warmth and a beautiful glow during sunrise and sunset. The design is elevated but also provides a sense of calm that encourages you to relax from the moment you close the front gate. It’s a privilege to collaborate with clients from the concept design through to final furnishing and to see the house come to life once the family moves in.
