Constructing this exceptional residence, Miranda, has been a distinct honour for NZ Building Developments. Having owned this picturesque section in the esteemed Hauraki District for over a decade, our clients were eager to commence their next chapter when the timing was right. In 2024, their vision was realised through detailed planning, culminating in a contemporary architectural design that seamlessly integrates modern aesthetics with functional living spaces.
The completed project, set for completion in 2025, exemplifies sophisticated craftsmanship and innovative design. Featuring a stylish three-bedroom layout, two bathrooms, and a dedicated wellness room, this home embodies a refined approach to luxury living. Our team's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have resulted in a property that not only meets but exceeds our clients’ aspirations, offering a timeless residence in the heart of the Hauraki District.
