Modular Police Stations

The Regional Small Police Station Program will redevelop police stations at multiple regional locations across New South Wales, including at Adelong, Braidwood, Bonalbo, Tea Gardens, South West Rocks, Tullamore, and Collarenebri.

The program will deliver police stations that enable modern service delivery while focusing on accessibility, visibility, and mobility of policing. The Regional Small Police Station will have a distinctive design for the building form and fit-out.

The key design criteria are:

• Modular design
• Standardised materials and FF&E items
• Fast track documentation

The Stations will be delivered utilising the following process:

• GroupGSA Integrated Concept Design & Design Manager
• Procurement of a single Main Contractor
• Bulk procurement of materials and FF&E items
• Fast track construction program
