Upon returning from overseas, these Hataitai homeowners wanted to move into their previously tenanted unit. Before they could, it needed an upgrade so they reached out to Refresh Renovations for their knowledge and expert project management.

Renovation Consultant Lia Boersma organised a combination of cosmetic and functional upgrades that resulted in a spectacular transformation of the well-sited one-bedroom unit. Aquatic tones create a relaxing atmosphere, while clever storage in the kitchen and bathroom make the most of the limited space. The thoughtful details throughout the renovation culminate in a beautiful place to call home.
