Mt Maunganui
The clients have spent their summers at Mt Maunganui ever since they were children. They wanted to replace their old bach but still wanted the beach bach feel. We built a 300m2 plus multi-storied building that will provide holiday living with features that future proof this house including extra wide doorways and a lift. The durability of the Intalok timber means the house will still look good and won’t need redecorating when they retire to the Mount. In the meantime they can enjoy the same relaxed feeling of a bach with all the convenience of modern living.
