Nepean Highway Hotel.

Situated on one of Melbourne’s busiest roads is a 3 storey residential hotel consisting of 20 apartments. The facade was designed to be in rhythm with a graphic pattern of vertical openings and framings, all of which is used to reflect the industrial nature, history of the environment and the used of a hotel.

As part of the council requirement, we had to incorporate the red bricks which is in response to the neighbourhood’s characteristics.
