Every inch of this Bungalow was thoughtfully redesigned for family living—new floorboards, all new furniture, and a bright rear extension that opens up the heart of the home. With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated office, and a dreamy master suite upstairs, there’s space for everyone. Each bedroom features its own curated colour palette, united by a sense of calm and cohesion. All set in an urban retreat that feels anything but—surrounded by greenery, nature, and a sense of escape.

“Philippa says that the key to a good build is planning - lots of it. She also advises that bringing interior designer Mary-Ellen Hinton from Hello Saturday Interior Design on early in the piece saved lots of mistakes along the way. Mary-Ellen most definitely saved them considerable costs with her trade discounts and offered great advice along the way.”
