Hybrid Build is 100% Kiwi-owned and family-run business in Auckland. Husband-and-wife team Dale and Gretchen Bainbridge established their first construction company in 1981 and in the 45 plus years since have created an outstanding reputation for reliability and trustworthiness. Their son Clark, a Quantity Surveyor BQS is now Managing Director and the tight-knit team provides the personal touch for every client, as evidenced by the long list of satisfied homeowners.
