Modern waterfront residence in Noosa Sound featuring expansive indoor/outdoor living, high-quality materials, and exceptional thermal efficiency with large-scale openings.
In the coveted location of Noosa Sound mere minutes from Hastings St, Queensland. This waterfront block has stunning views of the waterways & national park. Indoor/Outdoor living was key, providing a connection to the outdoors through use of large stacking doors, internal gardens & incorporating lots of natural stone & timber.
Featuring nine Lift & Slide Doors, including a huge 14 meter Bi Part Stacking Lift & Slide Door, not an expense was spared when it came to the selection of high quality materials and finishes.
With thermal efficiency in mind, the majority of this project was supplied with our Archetto series, which gave the client flexibility in design with large scale openings, without compromising the thermal performance of this home.
