Norfolk is the first multi-storey residential development to grace Burleigh Heads' Goodwin Terrace in three decades, bringing sophisticated beachfront living to a whole new level.

Residences comprise three ensuited bedrooms, a media room, butler’s pantry, integrated barbecue kitchen, and beach room for storage. The ground-floor gymnasium, pool, sun lounging deck and sauna promote a sense of luxury for residents and bring a private beach club in-house.

This is Hutchies’ third project delivered in partnership with Syngery Property Group & Forme, following the successful completion of Pacific at Palm Beach and NORTH at Burleigh.
