Introducing Maraetai House, an exquisite new coastal property situated along the serene shores of Maraetai Beach.
This contemporary construction was meticulously designed to embody a classical aesthetic, aligning with our clients' vision for a sophisticated yet low-maintenance retreat that embraces the coastal way of life.
The exterior highlights traditional weatherboards, while the interior showcases walls adorned with elegant blonde vertical timber. The seamless integration of expansive sliders connects the indoor and outdoor living areas, effectively erasing the boundary between the two spaces.
Maraetai House offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, providing an ideal setting for both relaxation and social gatherings.
