Hendrik Venter, with more than 25 years of experience in the building industry, established Venn Constructions which has people, excellent work and fulfilment at its core.

We take seriously our contribution to the built environment which is part of the fabric of peoples lives. The foundation of this effort is professionalism, integrity and commitment to the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

The tools we use to achieve this are our efficient business structure and the effective use of technology and information, all of which supports our trades people, craftspeople, managers and administrators.

Venn Constructions has extensive building experience and managing bespoke projects. We are in particular focused on larger domestic projects as well as suburban commercial projects. The approach to every project is the same. Whether it is a large or small project, the same outcome – quality work – is never compromised.

Our role is clearly understood, and partnering with all stakeholders, identifying creative solutions, and having commitment to the task-at-hand are some of the elements we combine in order to exceed our clients expectations.
