A revitalized 1950s office building in Orewa, redesigned by ICR Studios to attract long-term tenants with a modern and edgy aesthetic, successfully securing a new tenant within days of completion.
This unique building located in Orewa was built in the 1950s and needed to secure a long-term tenant.
The architects at ICR Studios came up with design to give the office a face-lift which allowed the building to keep up with its contemporary neighbours. With this revamp the owners were able to secure a new tenant within days.
It looks edgy and modern despite only being a facelift.
