Ormiston Senior College: A pioneering educational facility in Flat Bush, developed with expert guidance on statutory planning and resource consents to ensure timely project delivery.
The Ormiston Senior High School at Flat Bush was the first major building within the Manukau Auckland greenfields area. RMS worked within the design team from project inception to advise on all statutory planning development matters and to obtain numerous resource consents, including cascading resource consent delivery to successfully meet critical project time lines.
