Problem – Major site wide redevelopment of Avondale College requiring staged approvals under a tight time frame. Transport and stormwater issues were significant, as was the requirement for the school to keep operating throughout the development period.
Solution – Obtain Council ‘buy-in’ at the earliest opportunity whilst keeping the clients’ interests at the forefront.
