Perched on the edge of a bluff overlooking the tranquil waters of Lake Travis, this multistory home seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. Anchored by embedded site walls that merge into the rugged cliff face, its soaring rooflines rise dramatically, framing panoramic views of the lake while channeling prevailing breezes to the various decks and patios below.
The splayed floor plan opens all primary living areas to breathtaking vistas. Every space, from the expansive guest quarters to the open-concept living zones, is thoughtfully designed to balance shared experiences with personal retreat. The living room flows effortlessly into a covered patio and infinity-edge pool, where the water appears to merge with the lake below, creating an illusion of continuity.
