The Paragon is situated at the Landmark Corner intersection of Anzac Street, Lake Pupuke Drive and Barrys Point Road. The corner balconies of the site respond to the client’s brief to provide views towards the city, while the hexagonal patterned facade above provide visual privacy for the residents.
