Perch Residence

Part of a two-home development by Z Architecture, this home features TRUNK Elza timber flooring that runs continuously throughout. Its warm, pale tone sits in deliberate contrast against deep dark cabinetry and bold stone. Circular skylights punctuate the ceiling plane, drawing natural light deep into the plan and shifting the mood across the day. A dramatic stone fireplace commands the living space, its raw texture sitting comfortably alongside the refined fluted timber detailing of the island base. Thoughtful joinery details, from the built-in reading nook to the detailed cabinetry throughout, speak to a home designed to be lived in.
