The client’s brief was simple: to craft a compact yet elegantly designed abode that provides a sanctuary of warmth and safety during the gusty, stormy winter nights, and morphs into a welcoming haven that blends seamlessly with the outdoors in summer.

The covered outdoor deck, which doubles as an additional living room, promises uninterrupted moments of joy throughout the year. Whether you're enjoying a serene morning cup of coffee while the sun rises or indulging in alfresco dinners under the twinkling stars, the outdoor space provides a versatile and tranquil retreat.

Though the house occupies a modest footprint of 90 square metres, it still succeeds in creating a sense of expansiveness and luxury. The cleverly designed interior space accommodates two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

The living and dining area, generous in size, forms the heart of the home and opens seamlessly onto the covered and uncovered deck areas.
