It’s all in the name. Plum Location. This home replaces an original kiwi family bach and acts as a guardian watching over the golden sands below.
A thoughtful architectural response to a challenging site, this project creates a calm, light-filled residence that embraces its context. The design features clean lines, generous glazing and a restrained material palette, achieving a sense of openness and calm within a modest footprint. Interior and exterior spaces are seamlessly connected, and careful detailing delivers a refined, contemporary home crafted as the perfect holiday escape.
