Maintaining only the shell of the home – the direction for this project was to design and reconfigure the spaces, creating an open plan flow for their growing family. The coastal location served as inspiration for the neutral colour palette, creating a calm and inviting environment. Functionality for the family’s busy lifestyle was paramount. Bringing the space to life with 3D visualisations allowed our client to walk through their home before the build started.

“I do not like using words like always or never, but for Martine, I’ll make an exception. We will never do a project without Martine and always engage her services for any of our renovations or new builds going forward! We were super impressed by her from the get-go, and the outcome we got together has been a dream come true for our large family! Every trade was extremely impressed with her know how and knowledge. Her ability to combine functionality and practicality with beautiful design and luxurious feel has given us a family home of our dreams! We absolutely love our home and would never have achieved the outcome we did without Martine Cooper!!!”
