New Zealand’s biggest timber prefabrication plant built their first high performance house a little while back.

Mostly completed floor, wall and roof panels were manufactured at the Concision prefabrication plant in Rolleston and installed on an exposed site on the Port Hills over the course of only two days.

Time on site is reduced, the structure does not get wet, wastage is minimized, and most importantly, quality of the building envelope (performance) is maintained for the lifetime of the build.
