An upscale renovation of a Jessop Architect-designed home originally built by Warren Adolph Homes in 2001.
It's not often builders get the chance to revisit and renovate a prestige home they crafted over 20 years earlier. Luckily the owners of this much-admired Point Chevalier home were so impressed by the build quality first-time round, they looked no further.
The project involved refreshing this 4-bedroom family home with a new bespoke mega kitchen, custom-tiled bathrooms, a new master wardrobe, new outdoor living, stylish cedar interior cladding and the addition of a new Nuraply 3P membrane roof.
The team pulled out all the stops to complete the project (including final CCC) in just three months, given the owner's desire to downsize and list the property in Spring 2023. Demonstrating Warren Adolph Homes expert project management and drive to build measurably better homes.
The end result blends contemporary chic with a nod to the original home's art deco heritage.
