This project is a bespoke design by Warren and Mahoney Architects incorporating locally sourced shells, sand and glass to create the impression of a river running through the main entrance and reception of this uniquely designed hotel.

Completed by European Flooring to the highest possible standards, this flooring system will stand the test of time as many clients have experienced over the past 30 years. Not only architecturally pleasing, Architectural Terrazite also incorporates the latest green resin flooring technology for this Green Star rated facility, leading it to be one of the most energy efficient and high performing systems internationally from a life cycle perspective.

This same resin technology has also been incorporated in the high quality industrial kitchens with our Suresheild ZV (Zero Volatiles) and is a proven performer in countless food manufacturing facilities throughout NZ over more than 30 years for the market leaders such as Fonterra, Westland Dairy, Restaurant Brands, Moana Seafood, Talleys, and many more.
