Problem – Construct a new community library to help implement a ‘village centre’ for Ranui which had difficult servicing issues, including traffic and parking issues. Resource consents were required in association with the development of an adjoining supermarket.
Solution – Work with both the Ranui library proponents and supermarket developers to facilitate all consents under a rationalised servicing regime, i.e. shared transportation and parking infrastructure.
Benefits – Reduced infrastructure costs and all approvals obtained on time.
