Create + Construct worked with architect Jenny Walters to meticulously plan this multilevel property. Contemporary design is mixed with the client's eclectic style, resulting in a one of a kind home. Designer wallpaper, bespoke tiles and a private luxury bar in the 'mancave' are just some of the unique features. 

Externally, Standing Seam profile cladding is combined with cedar, and large aluminium louvres provide the privacy the clients requested while still allowing light to flood in. Internally, the house is clean and minimalist with wood and concrete giving the home a natural feel and an inviting environment to relax in. Plywood and cedar are used as visual highlights and to add warmth. The sophisticated Form Design kitchen and high spec bathrooms complete the new home.

The client’s eclectic style was brought to life through contemporary design, from wallpaper to tiles and even a luxury, private bar.

This privacy emanated through to the external features, where Standing Seam profile cladding met cedar and aluminium louvres to provide additional security while allowing natural light to shine through and illuminate the home in a warm glow. Clean and minimalist, wood and concrete completed the intended natural feel of the interior – the perfect environment to relax and bask in this newfound Auckland sanctuary.
