ArchiPro Project Summary - Meticulous renovation and extension of an iconic Remuera state house, featuring bespoke materials, a restructured interior layout, and transformed outdoor spaces, in collaboration with Alignworks and Space Studio.

Create + Construct collaborated with Alignworks (architects) and Space Studio (interior designers) to produce this meticulous renovation and extension. The brief was to recraft the clients iconic Remuera state house from the inside out, creating a unique and beautiful home worthy of displaying their collections.

The overhaul began with the careful restructure of the home's interior layout where they increased space and livability. Bespoke materials where sourced and required the highest degree of finish from Create + Construct. The kitchen features a distinctive tiled splashback and expertly worked timber joinery, while the bathrooms utilise the beauty of natural stone tiles. Externally the outdoor space was transformed with purple heart decking, vertical cedar cladding and a robustly framed cedar pergola.
