We really appreciated all the input you gave us from the overall design all the way through right down to the finishing touches - thanks so much for our stylish letterbox too - best-looking letterbox in the whole neighbourhood! Above all we really enjoyed your integrity on the job - when you said the roof was going to be on by Friday, that's when it happened, and we came to expect things to go smoothly with you - something which we hear is definitely not the story in a lot of cases. As you know we had heard that you were a great builder through the grapevine and we just wanted to let you know that we will be passing on that sentiment to our friends now as well, so we wish you all the very best for your future and thank you again for helping to build ours.”
