Riverview

Riverview is a luxury family retreat that’s all about slowing down and enjoying the view. Completed by Petersen Barnes in 2025, this contemporary home takes in sweeping river views that stretch to the distant sea. Stunning cedar vaulted ceilings bring warmth and character, giving the family a space that feels just as welcoming as it does impressive.  There’s plenty of clever thinking behind the comfort, too. Smart home technology makes everyday living that little bit easier, while a focus on solar performance looks beyond good looks alone. And with a 25m lap pool, there’s room for a morning workout or a relaxed afternoon by the water.  Riverview’s quality hasn’t gone unnoticed. At the 2026 Master Builders awards, it earned Category Winner and Gold Award honours, alongside recognition for Interior Design, Best Bathrooms and Smart Home, plus a place in the Top 100. It’s a home with plenty to celebrate, but family life is still at its heart.
