Designed to capture stunning views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains, this compact dual pavilion style home features a flat roofed linkway, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms in one wing, and contemporary open plan living, dining and kitchen in the other.
Large windows make the most of the view overlooking Lake Tekapo. While outside, the home is finished with cedar, schist and corrugated iron cladding, ensuring it blends in with the stunning natural surrounds.
Ensuring this property had superior offerings for short-term accommodation guests meant layout and functionality were at the forefront of design and planning
