Award-winning Colonial villa in Auckland, seamlessly extended from 100m2 to 200m2, featuring sympathetic design elements and meticulously crafted interiors by Abbey Lang in collaboration with LTD Architectural.
This Auckland villa was the winner of the ADNZ Interiors Award for 2018 for Auckland/Northland alongside the Resene Neutrals Award for 2020.
The villa was extended from 100m2 to 200m2. Abbey Lang worked with Joseph Long from LTD Architectural on the spatial planning of the home. The extension was designed to look like was always part of the home. Finishing lines were replicated from the old part of the villa into the new and all design details were sympathetic of the homes age. Abbey Lang designed all facets of the Interiors of the home from kitchen and bathroom design to furnishings.
