This project was converting a Roseneath studio unit into a stylish, warm and functional Airbnb. Elevated above the road this property enjoys all day sun and panoramic views across Wellington harbour.
The owners employed Walsh Construction 2022 Ltd to support them with the construction. They wanted a builder who was easy to get along with, fastidious in their attention to detail, collaborative and reliable.
The comfort of their guests was paramount so above code insulation was put in, under-floor heating installed, double glazing added and electronic keyless entry for guests convenience installed. A contemporary full kitchen, tiled bathroom and LED lighting completed the picture. The project went smoothly and completed on time which is unheard of in the current environment.
Who says small can’t be beautiful.
