Due to Planning restrictions, the building envelope had to be thoughtfully designed with height and width restrictions in mind. A modern box form with shallow roofline lends itself to these restrictions and the lay of the land. Via an exterior pocket slider, the living area fully opens up to engage with an outdoor lounge complete with Kitchen, gas fire place and automated sun blind.
