“I have no hesitation in saying Tauranga architectural designer Sam has the safest pair hands of anyone I know in this game. I know that if we engage Sam and his team to complete a architectural design project, it will be on point, it will be complete when he says, it will look good, and most importantly in my view, it will work. So many architectural designs are un-buildable or cost a fortune to construct. Not so with Sam’s design, he absolutely knows what he is doing. I am happy to give Sam our most complicated and demanding projects and I am happy to discuss this reference with anyone who wishes to.”
