This client is an architect who really knew the feel they wanted with this project. This unit was built in 1902 and located overlooking Sydney harbour came with its own unique challenges with access and internal restrictions, but through some smart design and the removal of internal structural walls to open up the space, we were able to completely transform this apartment into a classy show stopper apartment. A testament to the quality of build and finishes was that this apartment made it as a finalist in the Master Builders award
