Our client was a passionate graphic designer and CEO of a local design and marketing consultancy with a keen interest in interior design for his new home.

Our architectural response to his brief was to maximise the property’s envelope on a restrained build budget to include 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and an expansive open living space, with modular kitchen.
Located in dense suburban Grey Lynn, a quiet & private oasis was designed for the rear of the site with a raised lawn flowing seamlessly from the house to a crisply detailed swimming pool.

Beautifully furnished with tasteful artwork, this home was an exercise in restraint and simple, refined detailing providing a canvas for modern living.
