Another challenging project involving relocating a house on to an empty site, constructing a free standing garage and the decks and landscaping to finish the house off. This job is very unique and involved some amazing sub-contractors with mind blowing machinery to manoeuvre this house from Henderson to Saint Johns on a Tuesday night whilst everyone was asleep. By 1030am Wednesday the house was sitting on its piles in its new location. Extensive work with clearing the site and creating access, installing new timber piles in exact locations to suite new house. A new skyline kitset garage for economics which looks great. New 30m2 deck and stairs with Vitex hardwood decking to entertain guests. Lastly the concrete driveway exposed finished, the gardens and paths surrounding the house to complete what is a very family friendly affordable project.
